EcoPureHome Customer Return Policy and Information


For Standard Returns:

Customers that would like to return any unopened, unused product must do so within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers should contact Customer Support directly to receive a pre-paid mailing label. Customer Support can be reached here. Once the product is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the customer.


For Damaged or Defective Products:

Customers should contact EcoPureHome Customer Support directly for issues with products that arrived damaged or defective. Customer Support can be reached here.


For Warranty Products:
