This holiday season online shopping and shipping volumes are expected to be at an all-time high. As a result, you may experience slight delays in your EcoPureHome deliveries. We’re working closely with our shipping providers, FedEx and UPS, to stay up-to-date on delivery expectations and are doing everything possible to ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner.
In the meantime, the best way to keep track and manage your order is to enroll in the FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS My Choice services. Both services will text and/or email you updates on delivery status.
